Marriotts Detroit Marriott Troy at 200 W. Big Beaver Road Troy, MI 48084 has an immediate need for a Lead, Dishwasher/Utility person. Responsible for supervising and assisting the steward staff in their duties including cleaning and sorting of dishware, utensils, silverware, etc. Ensures the kitchen areas are clean following safety and sanitary procedures. Ensures all kitchen/cafeteria trash is collected and properly disposed. Stocks dishware, glassware and silverware in appropriate areas. Performs administrative tasks relative to steward function. Position requires excellent guest service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.
